Opportunity Knocks, a non-profit organization which helps young people with developmental disabilities in the OPRF community, will host the 5th Annual OK BBQ Block Party on Saturday, June 20. The event will take place from 2-10 p.m. with the admission entrance located at the intersection of Madison St. & Elgin Ave.
Tickets are $25 along with optional $1 food & beverage tickets. The party will include food from local vendors, craft beer, live music, kid’s entertainment, and contests. All proceeds from the event will benefit Opportunity Knocks.
Local food vendors for the party include Piggyback Tavern, Scratch Kitchen & Lounge, Skrine Chops, Harrison Quality Meats, and Knock Out Pickles. Local beverage vendors include Fatduck and Kinderhook Tap in addition to the following breweries: Imperial Oak, Lagunitas, BuckleDown, Noon Whistle, Exit Strategy, Begyle, Marz, and Flesk.
