BRAVO presents Honk! Jr.
Honk! Jr. plays three shows at the Gwendolyn Brooks Middle School. The show follows a duck named Ugly who’s isolated from his friends and family, but finds love on his journey to self-discovery. The show will feature almost 100 sixth graders from right here in our village.
When: Friday, Jan. 30 @ 7 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 30 @ 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Cost: $10 for Adults, $8 for Students and Seniors

The pair of authors recently collaborated on a book titled “The Terrible Two,” a comedic story fit for elementary-aged children. They will be signing and talking about the book at The Magic Tree Bookstore on Friday, Jan. 30 from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Magic Tree Bookstore is located at 141 N. Oak Park Ave. in Oak Park.
Adults-only trivia on Saturday – Wonderivia
The Wonder Works Trivia Night is an adults-only event where teams are divided into groups of six players each. The cost is $75 if you sign up individually or $450 per team. The event will take place on Saturday, Jan. 31 at 6 p.m. at the Nineteenth Century Club, located at 178 Forest Ave. in Oak Park. Gallery PINK presents ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas
The on-going holiday show is here through Saturday, Feb. 14. Artists featured include Angela Dieffenbach (ceramic work) and Laurie LeBreton (paper art). Gallery PINK is located at 149 Harrison St. in Oak Park.
Live music at Buzz Café – The Sterns
The Sterns will perform at Buzz Café on Friday, Jan. 30 from 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Buzz Café is BYOB, serves organic burgers and you can find it at 905 S. Lombard Ave. in Oak Park.
Super Bowl Sunday
