In case you missed it, the Oak Park-River Forest Food Pantry held its inaugural Healthy Chef Challenge on Saturday, April 7.
The fundraising event joined local foodies with some of Chicagoland’s most prestigious chefs in a day that championed healthy, inspiring dishes.
All proceeds from the Healthy Chef Challenge assisted the nonprofit’s mission to reduce hunger on a local level through direct hunger relief services, hunger awareness education, and advocacy to influence anti-hunger policy in government.
